The Victorian Government has appointed Point Leisure GroupP/L  (Directors Richard and Trine Shelmerdine) as the preferred proponent to undertake development of the Point Nepean Quarantine Station.

The Department of Environment and Primary Industry (DEPI) is seeking community feedback on the Point Leisure Group’s vision and concept plan before finalising details such as the length of the lease and planning controls. Information about the proposal can be found at:
